People like to joke about reincarnations and such having "similar sounding voices" to someone else, but what really throws me off is how many vtubers I've run into that have extremely similar voices to other vtubers, while not actually being the same person at all. It's almost like there's a limited number of voices that people can have in this world, and the internet has allowed us to meet so many people that we're starting to encounter the duplicates.

Even if they sound similar with some words and images of their voice, they cant sound similar in all of them. Listening to more than one sentence from Mumei and Gura, mococo and Marine, veibae and Shylily, it's obvious they are different voices, it's impossible for 2 people to sons exactly alike due to habits/regions/slight differences in voice range

I've never heard of this PastaroniRavioli before, but I'm listening to her now and I can definitely hear moments where she kind of sounds exactly like Selen, but then the rest of the time she doesn't sound even remotely like her? This is fucking with my brain.
