If we take Elira's stream contents in good faith and we ASSUME the talents were telling the truth and not lying themselves then it would mean that she was given the opportunity for a formal graduation after bringing it up repeatedly but chose not to take it, and then lied about that and the termination circumstances. And it would mean that the bullying was exaggerated.

Both of these things line up pretty well with our understanding of the parties before all the drama went down too. Nijisanji would still be guilty everywhere else but it would repaint the situation as Selen having a bad mental health episode and painting everyone else as a villain.
