FGO is definitely pretty tough for F2Ps but I've never felt like Genshin is particularly F2P unfriendly, constellations are expensive but unnecessary and the only content difficult enough to be P2W is Abyss (which I have personally stopped doing at this point). I guess if I had one thing to criticize it's that the majority of 5 stars are limited to their own banners so you'll almost never have that thing that sometimes happens to you in other gacha games where you're pulling and you randomly get spooked by some other character you always wanted. Though I guess the plus side of this is it makes it more possible to get the ~7 characters that actually are on the permanent banner.

Anyway, my point is, it's not like Genshin is perfect, but if Blue Archive is more F2P friendly than that, it must be a pretty good game for F2Ps.

For reference I just sparked(200 rolls) 3 times in the last 2 weeks in BA after saving gems for ~2 months.
Now the first spark was during a 100 free pulls campaign they did for Swimsuit Ui, so it was 50% discounted, but the other two were 100% with crystals farmed purely through playing the game.

Cause the only evidence they supplied was a cut up discord screen shot which still showed management incompetence. Vox stood up slowly, his legs almost buckling under the basic motion. How long has it been since he ate? His scalp was going numb where it was still being pulled.

Ike pressed his head into Vox's shoulder and let out a whimper.
They've made their resolve.

Yeah, that’s my thinking on this. I think it’s been a general thing to admit that the company isn’t the best, no company really is, but just from the video, I got the feeling that they were politely trying to point out the elephant in the room in regards to what most of us probably don’t get to see in their private discords and chats while interacting with her.

I’m willing to agree that it wasn’t the best PR move, but I think they must feel a certain kind of way when the first wave of hate didn’t just hit those core people in that video, but the rest of the livers too.
