Cover definitely has skeletons in the closet but they are better at gaslighting fans into believing that employees love their giant corporation. They pay well enough that few vtubers walk away but Tempus was getting into huge fights over model redesigns in their first several months and Vesper got a suspension. Do you really believe the same issues have never happened with HoloEN? I doubt they are completely okay with skimpy outfits, swimsuit concerts, and Valentine's Day merch. Some of the EN talents don't like coomerbait and GFE which is something that management heavily pushes to increase revenue.

2). She can hate how Hololive punished her for Taiwan-gate and pushed her out of the company with nothing, not even her name, forcing her to try to recover as her alternate persona

Oh and it is very telling she can name other corpos including Nijisanji but she cannot name Hololive. She cannot even refer or infer that she was in Hololive as Coco. The NDA is still very much in affect and Japanese legal systems regarding IPs are far more militant than the US's.

Coco wasn't trying to destroy Hololive and even she knew the idol stuff wasn't going away but she wanted to provide vtubers another option where everything (channel, design, model, content, name) wasn't owned by the company. Considering how many NijiEN talents have moved to VShojo that seems to have worked and even a HoloEN RM was obviously thinking of that option. While the JP market is too rigged for giant corporations she did create a vtuber friendly option in the EN market.
