Paying for advertisement has its own benefits, but doing so is seen less favorable since that push the idea that money will solve everything, and hard work matters less.
And post like OP shows that even though Kiara gets criticized a lot for her work conduct, NijiEN management is less ethical in that aspect.
What the Niji should have done would be to have the veteran members to promote their new members.
