This what they realistically have to do to fix things:

>Apology to Selen and Zaion for sliming them. Admit fault. Apologize to fans as well.
>Announce full restructuring. Follow through. ID the worst bullies among the Livers and terminate them. Warn the others that no further behavior of this kind will be tolerated. Encourage Hololive-style teamwork.
>Terminate the entire existing management team. Hire management professionals, preferably with industry experience who can speak English and live in the same time zone.
>Promise to pay suppliers (artists) all outstanding debts owed, and reimburse any current and former Livers that covered the company's debts with their own personal funds.
>Do everything possible to make the "stars" more comfortable so they stay. Pomu and Selen should never have been driven out of the company.
>Make sure this never happens again.

The company is never going to do any of this. There have been too many incidents where they have just continued rolling along like nothing happened, instead defaming, harassing, and sliming the Livers who left.

The owners and top managers are simply too lazy, stubborn, and stupid to fix their problems, which is why this branch and eventually the whole company will fail.

Worst possible scenario is the termination of the entire EN branch, which seems unlikely.
Even with how many people throw shit at NijiEN at the moment, they have their NDF and delusional fans like rosecucks that will defend the company itself or by proxy by supporting their oshi.

I think the more realistic thing is that going forward NijiEN will no longer be permitted to do covers/projects and will be limited to streaming, merch and sponsored streams. Contracts always have clauses where the company can change shit at the drop of a dime, so likely either people complete their contract and bounce, or don't care about projects/covers and just stream.
Also, no more 3D for talents outside Japan/that belong to NijiEN.
