Current Niji talents will be fine. It's moreso the long term implications this all has.
Artists, animators and the like refusing to work with Nijisanji anymore is a much bigger nail the coffin than people think it is because the whole point of a corpo is so that you have access to a huge resource pool of artists who will work for you, for cheap because of the exposure. Now working for any Niji talent is now tantamount to implicitly supporting bullying.

Then on top of that, any moderately successful vtuber wouldn't touch Niji auditions with a 10 foot pole. Their recruitment opportunities will simply be 3rd world shitters looking for a paycheque.

Finding one that is talented, with a good work history, reasonably priced, produces results in a reasonable time, meets their deadlines and isn't a brand risk, is actually quite difficult. Now throw in the fact that those artists would have to deal with Niji corp at some point to declare copyrights and permissions and such, it's going to be a struggle.
