It's him. People knew about it beforehand and he was streaming on that account only a week after graduating (it took him a month to debut in VShojo) and he's even replied to his own tweets as Kuro with that account.

Anyway this shit's fucked because I imagine a lot of why Kuro and even Mata didn't say a lot about their time at Niji is because if they go on and on talking about how bad it is that'll make things harder for the people still there, and there are plenty of people who are perfectly happy there. But with the Selen stuff coming out it's kind of unavoidable now. I assume neither of them are going to stick their neck out to make things harder for their friends still in the company, but I could definitely see both of them corroborating some shit that gets said publicly.
