I forgot how much revenue NijiEN brings to the company. Last I checked I think it was around 30% but that was quite a few quarters ago during NijiEN upswing. Given the current exodus of NijiEN, shareholders might take this as a Nijisanji conceding the Western market to Hololive which could push Niji's shares down, especially since most of these issues stemmed from internal mismanagement.
Domestically, Nijisanji still holds more popular appeal especially among women. I tend to see more mainstream products being shilled by their livers (cosmetics, mattress, fashion, Google Pixel, etc...) compared to Hololive more anime-oriented merch. I think Nijisanji also has a McDonald Japan collab as well, which can be a useful bragging point to hype up investors' confidence. This is something Hololive needs to pay more attention to if they want to takeover domestic market, which is still the bigger revenue pie.

tl;dr: you might see further drops if NijiEN continues to implode, unless NijiJP gets some amazing news to offset the pessimism.

It fluctuates but I would say on average, 15-20% is correct here for how much NijiEN does overall. That isn't much but it is enough at stake to put your company from beating earnings to failing expectations during earnings announcements and that's when stocks increase or drop the most.

A big issue with foreign market is the difficulty in turning their fans into profits due to the exorbitant shipping fees and lack of ability to push their cheap merch to the mass. I highly doubt you would see 7/11 in the US selling HoloEN acrylic stands.
Concerts are a big money maker for Hololive but logistically it would be pretty difficult to organize that for a bunch of people spread out across 5 continents. If the upcoming HoloEarth launch isn't a complete disaster, Hololive will have a leg up when it comes to their 3D infrastructure against Nijisanji, along with capitalizing on their rival's continual fuck ups, to become the clear #1 Vtuber company in the world. It's a big If though. The failure of Holostars will also haunt them until that branch can stand on its own.

Yeah, this is why their stock dropped after the last earnings report, technically they're on target with their own projections but they had been beating those since going public so just hitting expectations overall with EN being in decline was a big negative.
That being said the current quarter will have all that juicy nijifes revenue so if expectations turn negative based on the situation for EN, the stock might actually pop if they still end up beating projections thanks to nijifes. Next quarter is going to be where the full implications of the EN turmoil will be felt.
