Make a public statement of firing and replacing all of management, a statement that they will enforce strict workplace rules to prevent workplace bullying and toxicity, probably publicly shame some talent for "toxic" behavior and have them do dogeza. If you're pressured into graduating them later on it's a price worth paying. Try and have new management work with the talents to complete more projects. Basically apply drastic measures and make it very public.

Hololive is a normal corpo,.not particularly good. Nijisanji is just evil and inept so they win by default. They nearly crushed Suisei, if you are familiar with her story, but in the end things worked out.

Seriously though I don't know how the en branch got so fucked but they'll have a real problem on their hands if their talent just mass quits.

Best in the sense that they're massively popular, stable and successful? Yeah. They mainly win in numbers.
Best in terms of content, variety and quality? Not really. They're often outdone by indies, smaller companies, and as unpopular it is to say so right now, Nijisanji.

Hololive have basically mastered mediocrity and the art of farming simp wallets. They're the first stop for anyone getting into vtubers, they get first dibs. Their generalist pseudo-idol format is great if you're easily entertained by a cute voice and a pretty face, but they don't house much in terms of genuinely impressive talent. A couple of them can sing ok, and some are decent gamers, but that's about it. The spread and types of content they offer is very narrow, partly due to permission issues and partly due to the talent not really having any special interests or skills. Surface level fans tend to view them more as mascots than actual streamers.

Hololive will keep doing their thing and winning while the spotlight is still on them, and eventually they'll give way to someone who does something new and fresh, possibly revolutionizing the industry. It won't be any of the current companies. Definitely not Nijisanji, but almost certainly also not Hololive. It'll be someone else, a smaller act, a breakout star.

I wouldn’t personally say best but they are the most popular. If were talking international competition then there basically no other relevant company. Niji is still relevant in Japan but the closest thing to international competition might be VSPO once the EN branch comes around, though who knows how well thats gonna do.
