Yeah I think it takes a day. The address they use is the same but they basically give you a p.o. box to add to it like a suffix. You could use the base address and then update it to the full one once it goes through. Not like the goods will ship anytime soon, and Booth says you can change address before shipping.

Anon is exaggerating to create drama, but it's pretty clear that Haachama doesn't have the same emotional investment the others do. It was very apparent and even acknowledged by her during the letter readings in From 1st, with her letter being a much more generic and nice "keep watching me, thanks!", while everyone else talked about the tough times they went through due to being Gen 1, wanting to quit and having the rest of Gen 1 being there for them to change their mind, and how much they treasure their fans. Mel even cried listening to others reading their letters.
It's not a bad thing, if anything it's probably a healthier relationship between talent and fans than me being madly in love with my oshi, but she is much less attached.
Though, to be fair, Haachama is young, and a schizo, so there's also the very strong possibility that she just isn't honest about her feelings, even to herself.
