It's not exactly as you imply.
Cover doesn't kick people out for being in a relationship (in part because that's illegal), the timeline does match up to something, she was fired a few days after Mafumafu received the names of the people defaming him online (which allegedly included hers), since it was done on 2chan, IPs are used as the equivalent of a tripcode.
Since he knew her messages, he also knew all of her post history on the site. Which means he could have contacted cover with that information. Now, we don't know if cover fired her due to the obvious shitstorm that was brewing (since she literally committed a crime) or if they decided to go through all of her posts and found out that she was leaking information or defaming other members/staff.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was the later personally, since pretty much everyone turned against her and were very cold and quite aggressive when talking about her.
Add to that the fact that Mel was recently fired and most members still talk quite highly of her and that paints a clear picture of them simply not liking Rushia (either because she defamed people behind their back or because they knew about the abusive relationship, it doesn't really matter).
