I know the vocal strain, difficulty of voice acting, and putting on a performance for long periods. I respect the hell out of their craft and their ability to keep up both the voice and the act. To those that may not know, putting on any sort of accent/lisp for short periods of time is relatively easy as you can dedicate a good amount of brain power to it. Here's a useful tip anon. If someone's "character voice" is very close to their real voice and they can comfortably do it for multiple hours without any trouble, that's just their real voice. Peoples voices often fall within a certain range and anything inside that range is their normal voice. Doing a streamer voice (aka just acting more excited than usual or being a little more high pitched/energetic) isn't really doing a "character voice" its just trying to sound more interesting. People tend to talk a lot more monotone when they're lounging around in their house. Peoples voices change a lot depending on the situation.

The quality of recording equipment can literally make you sound exceptionally different.
