Streaming primarily on twitch is optional, Nazuna had some sort of weird situation stemming from her being retarded, and Henya streams on Twtich on purpose because she has stated multiple times how much she dislikes working with Youtube. On Twitch she has a direct line via Gunrun when she has issues. People who actually watched Pikamee outside of clips would know that she basically stopped doing her EN focused streams on YT altogether and only did her evening JP streams on YT.

Vshojo auditions were a thing once, in 2021. They're probably never going to do them again, and considering their business model, I doubt they ever will again. Either the people auditioned are going to get worse contracts than the nepo-hires with an established base, or Vshojo risks sinking money into potentially unpopular literal whos.

Yeah, Vshojo just has a different business model. The only company that can reliably save 2views is Hololive, not even Niji can get them above 3view now. The auditions were definitely the biggest fuckup in the company's history but that was years ago and not relevant at this point.

Phase is fine, but they're not exactly a golden ticket the way Hololive and 2021-22 Niji were. You'll be a mid to high 3view if you join, same as 2023 Niji. Also a lot of their hires, including some of the most successful ones, were actually well-known names in the small corpo scene, particularly former Tsunderia members.

Why do they call it a university when only already success vtubers are alllowed in? A university would imply that it's ment for up-and-coming vtubers who wish to learn and then "graduate" so they can take what they've learned and apply it to their own work. But Vshojo is more like a retirement home. Only already successful vtubers can get in, and they get pensions everyday while doing little to no work.
