We can (and actually do) have as many goalhorns as we want assigned to players specifically or to the team as a default. Even if we did elect to add another goalhorn I'd strongly suggest keeping Just Do It on WAGMI.

I do want suggestions for a better victory anthem though. I like Hoodie as a song but its a little too sad for a victory anthem.

When the original roster was made there was a lot (a lot) of awoo-posting so the inclusion was alright. I don't mind including players on the player models, but:
1) I want to make sure that the players are generic enough that we can swap the model to something else and the meme still makes sense.
2) No malicious or obviously bad faith inclusions. I insist that none of the player inclusions be added for the purpose of harassing or annoying another chuuba or poster. This is a fun unity event like ECW so I want to make sure that everyone is having fun and everyone who comes out to support the team has something they can be proud of cheering for.

For instance, Dante is on Timeloops, but I prefer that we change that model to something like a time machine or a deloreon or something. Also, most of the original roster is pretty easy to swap out without being missed since some are literally placeholder tier or just memes that don't mean anything to people who weren't here a year ago.

(That said, Icecream is really popular with the game watchers because the mothman model is silly as fuck)

Set up a mute toggle for discord so you can mute the discord call/mute yourself on discord and occasionally talk to your viewers at times that are appropriate. That makes the viewers feel like they're still noticed and involved in the stream, but doesn't inflict in-jokes or questions from your stream on anyone else's stream. "Yeah that's pretty funny, (name) sounds really stupid coming through somebody else's stream during a collab when that name belongs to a viewer chatting on your stream that their chat can't see. You have to be judicious, obviously, because during the collab the focus is on your collab partner and how you interact, but there are occasional interludes where the other collab members aren't talking to or interacting with you and those are fine times to just talk to your chat.

All of that assumes you're talking about situations where you're streaming the same content on two streams at once. If you're both on your stream together then that doesn't apply.

I disagree with this, a collab should be focused on talking / interacting with whoever you're collabing with. I don't think you read the post. There are times where you simply aren't interacting with your collab members or where interacting with them wouldn't be appropriate. AmongUs, Lethal Company post-death many times, etc are all opportunities to talk to your chat. You can take some notes about appropriate times to be fully focused on your collab partner (which is the vast majority of the time) and when its appropriate to aside to your chat from studying corpos like Vshojo (an example I give because holy shit do those girls ever do anything that isn't collabs?)

Same reason why even though daiya wants to have one on one with people who had him on the top 5 twitch recap I refused to ask to be a part, most viewers are shy and specially so on a stream.

I guess you need to pick collab partners that fit with your style and goals. I was really hesitant to do collabs for a long time (mainly due to time constraints), but recently opened up my Wednesday nights (mostly) which seems to be a pretty good time for them.

I've been critically reexamining my streaming content a lot lately and which direction I want to go in, so I think collabing with a bunch of diverse people is a good way to stretch in a low-pressure environment.

Perhaps setting some pre-collab ground-rules before an event might help with some of what you mean? (I never saw anything to criticize with my collab partners today, but if we were to imagine it was the case)
