SSS Tier
No debates over here.

S+ Tier
Some may argue about the positioning of AZKi, IRyS, and Kanade here, but AZKi and IRyS have excellent technique and barely miss any notes while singing. Their performances are flawless. Also, the soulless cope doesn't work anymore on them (especially on IRyS). Kanade has shown much promise in the past 3 months and is a super good and versatile singer. She is probably my favorite singer in Hololive for Karaoke right now.

S Tier
People will seethe about the placement of Nerissa and Gura here. For Nerissa, you need to listen to her latest Karaoke and ignore the first 3 Karaoke sessions, as they were literally dog shit. If I were going by those Karaoke sessions, she would be placed below FuwaMoco. But right now, she is easily the best EN singer after IRyS. People call Gura a one-trick pony, and though it is true, she is the best at what she does. Her lack of range is what causes her to be in the bottom level of S and not S+. Regarding Moona, she is what I would like to call a power singer. She is super cool and has probably the widest range of vocals; she just makes too many errors while singing.

A+ Tier
A lot of people might disagree with Kobo's placement here, but to be honest, she is just a poor man's Gura when it comes to singing.

B+ Tier
A lot of people will want Bae to be placed one tier lower, but honestly, she has improved massively. Her opera voice is why she is placed above the likes of those in B Tier.

B Tier
There is a huge, huge, huge difference between Chimkens' singing voice and her normal voice.

AZKi and IRyS should be above Suisei.
While I do agree with the list (almost), AZKi is the best Hololive Jp singer and IRys is yet again the best non Jp singer. They are neck to neck for me

You don’t actually have ears. If excellent technique and barely missing notes was a factor then Suisei would be bottom of S+ and that’s being generous. Irys wouldn’t even stay in S+ and neither would Towa. Off the only objective standard you used the only triple SSS would be Kanata even going deaf she has near perfect pitch but no one would actually say she’s a better singer than suisei even if she has better technique. Okayu and Watame are way better than Towa as well. Bae should drop towards the bottom her technique is horrendous and staying on key is already doing her best compared to hitting the right note. These tier list get worse and worse because you keep using an objective measurement to put others down yet that same measurement is what the ones at the top are bad at. The only member, based on your own measurements, in the right spot is Azki. Her technique is slightly below Kanata but she’s as good as good can get solely off hard work

Nerissa singing is easily better than anyone else's definitely Suisei's and I say that as a Hoshiyomi. For technique alone, she can't be beat. But there are many other factors than singing skill like how their voice sounds which is why Gura always gets ranked so high on these despite not being more technically skilled than fucking Mori or someone else.

I would switch IRyS and Suisei. IRyS is easily the best singer in Hololive. Her casual karaoke streams are so clean and beautiful that they sound like studio recordings. It's insane. Suisei has a nice powerful voice but her technique isn't that spectacular.
