I found out about vtubing through Kizuna Ai, but I really got into it after watching Omesis, Kaguya Luna, Nekomiya Hinata.
Eventually, Fubuki and Miko clips were paradropped to my yt recommended, and it opened my eyes to Hololive.
Then, I stopped watching Hololive cuz of college and normie friends.
I'm still in college, but I did get rid of my normie friends.
So, I got back into Hololive/vtubers, but this time they had more flavors.

I watched Kizuna Ai back in 2016 but she never stuck to me, she was more like a gimmick Youtuber than anything else. Later, in 2020 I got recommended a Coco clip of her saying Ara Ara motherfucker but I didn't know what it was and I ignored it. Later when I was lurking [spoilers]r/all on Reddit[/spoilers] I kept seeing post about this thing called hololive and out of curiosity I checked [spoilers]the subreddit[/spoilers] and coincidentally it was exactly a few minutes before the start of Calli's debut stream and I said to myself "what a good way to know more about this thing that I know nothing about, a debut stream" and I watched it. It was weird at first and I thought that everything was scripted for some reason but I kept coming back to that thing and now I have as oshi Suisei and I'm here for the long run
