Sana didn't act like she really wanted to leave and while Cover gave her a "graduation" at the very least it seems like her contract wasn't renewed. HoloEN was demoralized for months after that and the radio silent "health" breaks became more frequent. There were 5 months of breaks with Ina and Gura in only the winter and Vesper got into that fight with management over a 2.0 model redesign.

The first EN project manager was either throwing complaints into the garbage or was downplaying their complaints by telling upper management they could be ignored. The NDA makes it hard to know what happened but the contract disputes were getting so heated that Yagoo decided to replace the guy with Dmitri Jap. They were far more optimistic in 2023 and while negotiations were slow they did seem to have reached a settlement on remaining contract issues only a month ago.
