I don't think equating a creative job like streaming to office work is really ideal tbdesu. Most people leave jobs they've sunk 10 years of their lives in because they're bored and want a new change of pace. The only reason you leave an entertainment job only to do the same thing in a different company is because your current company sucks or you're not creatively fulfilled there
