The narratives would make it seem like she's an evil and manipulative mastermind making calculated cutthroat moves. But in reality she's just a dumb girl that plays RPGs and sings sometimes, and not much more than that.

She's just a cute dummy that likes JRPGs and anime too much, I don't think she really has any grand plans as a vtuber, so in a sense her mild aspirations as a vtuber combined with her knowledge of Japanese make her the ideal "teacher's pet" for Nijisanji and thus she does sponsored work/work for the main branch more often than other ENs.
She has talked about avoiding confrontation, so that may likely mean putting up with everything kurosanji does, regardless of how it affects her.
