I think its easier to expect that as a general timeframe for Pomu returning. Admittedly I havent kept up much with Matara at all due to work and too many other chuubas to follow, but it seems like too long a period to dedicated for a series. Unless she's that busy IRL or her backlog is too full of 80+ hour long RPGs, it shouldn't take her that long to play the MGS series unless she marathons Peace Walker/TPP.
The only thing that maybe throws a wrench in that theory is the fact that Mysta and Nina reincarnated after 3 or so months IIRC, but I think it makes sense for it to take longer for Pomu if they haven't been able to work on her model/design yet. That or if Pomu is waiting on some vague grace period, or if she's going to use that time as an excuse to play Peace Walker co-op with Matara.

How long it would take to reincarnate would depend entierly on when the FINAL decision was made to graduate, because that's when someone responsible would start looking into artists, getting designs done, etc. So long as Niji doesn't find out you can start that process while still working there and Kuro 100% did since he was ready to go a month after graduation and his Twitch account had even been made before he graduated Niji. Mata on the other hand didn't make the decision until very close to her graduation, so several months was expected.

I don't know if anyone has any solid idea of when Pomu made the decision to go through with it, but at least 4 months after that would be a good place to start. Also I meant that she would START playing Metal Gear in summer, not finish. Reason it could be used as a rrat being that she would wait until not-Pomu is able to join her before playing it.

1. VShojo university is a coincidence. It's related to Mouse's upcoming concert that has a school theme to it and nothing more.
2. Mouse has teased this this concert as being more than just some songs. Knowing her love for musicals and the title (Attack of the Magic Cloud) some people are thinking it could also be a musical of some kind, but given that Mouse is a big VShojo stan she probably wouldn't be averse to teasing something new during or after this concert.
