They all compete with each other but HoloEN generally seems to get along and most of them don't seem that focused on numbers. Other EN talents have mentioned how they look up to Gura and how she is a kind person. I doubt she would be refusing to stream for over 5 months to avoid conflicts and there has obviously been something going on with management. They were far more optimistic after the December meeting so it does seem likely that contract renewals will soon be over. Even the EN project manager has vaguely mentioned that changes are slowly being made that will show that leadership does care.

I do think it is possible Gura stopped streaming because she herself doesn't believe she is deserving of becoming #1 so she self sabotaged. But with how she streamed over advent when they debuted, im a bit skeptical of her not wanting steal viewers from others. .
