I thought it would've been something like the Metal Gear Solid collab, but that probably can't be the case unless it was planned out months in advance. Because this was back in May, and Mori's "Sneaking" song came out in October.
There was one more realistic idea proposed in another thread which basically that Pomu would have been able to interact with JP idols in some capacity. Considering this was probably one of her dreams on debut, it would make sense for her to tear up because not any Westerner would have been given that opportunity.
