This right here is why i hate nijisanji.
They literally have lot of talented livers but, because of the incompetency of niji managers and unfriendly environment, most livers unable to grow and show their true potential.
Even top livers like mito and kuzuha looks untapped to me.

This. Some of their livers get opportunities from time to time, but it still seems like the liver's talents and potential growth is being suffocated by Riku's entertainment factory model. Doesn't seem like Anycolor are particularly interested in changing that either.

The results of this approach has been a greater quantity of profits so they've no real motive to change. Why would Riku risk changing from the business strategy that's making him filthy rich?
