I guess one is live, presumably without a regular release schedule like these episodes have been on. Plus you don't have the comfort of knowing when she eventually completes it. With a stream you don't have her cutting off episodes at the 1 hour mark, but with a let's play she could more easily fit recording sessions into her normal schedule.
