With Pomu and Selen leaving Nijisanji EN, is Rosemi their last chance to challenge Hololive EN for the western market? What would Rosemi need to do to pull that off and save her branch from being defunct with the loss of Pomu and Selene? I think Rosemi can still save Nijisanji EN. She just needs to take the reins and start bossing other lesser talents with an iron fist and buck breaking those who resist. What do you guys think?

It's too late. The general reputation of nijiEN is so tainted it would seriously take 5-10 years of pristine content to MAYBE pull it out of the pit. CGDCT pandering won't work because the people interested in such things won't look at nijiEN. Male collab pandering won't work because the people interested in that are only interested in tearing down walls, and NijiEN's walls are already completely gone.

The branch is in a death spiral. Going indie while they still have fans to drag with them seems the best path.
