Elira for her friend hires. All of Ethyria helped in the downfall with the exception of Nina. They were/are absolutely terrible for brand image. The thing with Yugo is that they were very cagey about the reasons for the firing which led to lots of RRATS and damage to NijiEN's reputation, but not that much.
However because of that they overcompensated with Zaion by giving way too many reasons for her termination since they had done nothing to stop her from being demonized already at the time on twitter, as though her leaving wasn't because she wanted to leave at that time because of it. Due to how far they went, even confirming they do stealth suspensions, it made NijiEN look HORRIBLE to anyone that wasn't already slavishly devoted to the company.

She became obsessed with him and started bringing him into all her streams and talking about him every stream. Finally she invited him over to her house, and they streamed together from her bedroom holding hands. He called her fans a bunch of cucks, and she liked a bunch of NTR comments saying she thought they were hilarious.

Since then her and Kyo kept up their vicious banter mocking and attacking other livers, and ruined several massive group events with their nasty behavior. Management was so enamored with them, they made them the centerpiece of the branch and put them front-and-center in everything pushing Lazulight aside, and treating Selen like crap.

Kyo's style of "humor" comes directly from twitch and he has absolutely no understanding of vtubers and never watched a single anime in his life. Him and Enna basically kicked up a sequence of drama after drama seeking views and attention while acting like shitty people the whole way.

Selen's biggest event ever, Wrestlesanji.
Kyo was tired from his meds and acting out of it. So Enna copied his behavior and started whining about how much she hated the event, and how she didn't want to be there, and how she wanted to lose so she could leave.
She stole an overpowered character from the /hfz/ thread because she was too lazy to make her own character, and won the event easily. She completely ruined the victory celebration, when everyone else is hyped and excited, she is moping and whining about having to be there. And then starts viciously insulting Doppio for no reason. Really ruined the entire event.

In another case, Pomu's NKODice tournament.
Enna was whining about having to be there, and wanted to lose so she could leave "this boring event". She really hurt Pomu's feelings. Then she left an abandoned the stream with Kyo, so she wasn't in the final victory celebration with everyone else. Really ruined the mood.

After that she stopped being invited to big tournaments.
After the Secret GC stream she had a silent suspension and was clearly told to stop insulting her coworkers so much. So she started insulting her chat and her own family members instead.
