Dancing and singing at a professional level requires a mind-numbing amount of hours of practice and requires a massive commitment of mental, physical and emotional energy. You have to really,
really want it, and most of these girls are finding out they only kinda want it. Especially since streaming and selling merch is where they make their money. Only the company profits from the concerts.

The tragedy is, even after all that effort I feel like most Hololive members are just “eh” singers. Some of them have become great dancers but uhh… you could slap a pro dancer into the mocap suit and literally no one would be able to tell. The idol appeal is just not there.

There's a lot of "stuff" out there, you could easily do it. Generally though, it would go to savings if you don't want to spend that kind of money or investments.

Gura's issues are uniquely her own. She's a walking trainwreck and anybody who watched her pre hololive would know this. She's always been flaky, mentally unstable, and quick to burn out/breakdowns. She's also just generally hard to work with. I know this because I am friends with a dude who made a VN that Gura was supposed to do VA for. He told me she ghosted him randomly and he had to replace her with Nyanners.
