I'm going to add on to Ren or Kyo. Largely because they're both the biggest normies in the branch. That said, I think Ren is the more likely of the two because he comes off as very grounded and willing to pursue employment elsewhere if he wanted to leave (and probably just move on to a normal job), whereas I don't think Kyo will go anywhere unless Enna does as well, and Enna is unlikely to leave without Millie, who seems more than content with Niji.
