Remember this guys? I'll never forget those words, they left a big impression on me. As long as she's there, I know I'm safe.
At the same time, I feel like we can apply similar way of thinking to Nijisanji EN since Pomu is a founding member of that company and usually the first one people thought about when seeing "niji EN". She's the core, the reliable one, the one who can be trusted. Unlike other Nijis, she usually stayed away from drama, even distanced herself from that cursed GC stream, she focused on producing good content and cared about her fanbase, staying true to initial ideals of being an otaku.

When someone like Pomu is leaving the yacht, you know that ship is sinking.

Pomu isn't a leader figure cause she's a doormat.
How can she even be compared to Fubuki?

Doormats don't go up and leave.
I'm not comparing Pomu to Fubuki. I'm comparing Pomu's significance for the brand of Niji EN to the significance of Fubuki for the brand of Hololive. Just like Pomu is much smaller than Fubuki, Niji EN is much smaller than Hololive. However relatively the comparison is apt. Pomu was the main pillar of remaining trust people had for Niji EN. When she's leaving, you know for sure that things aren't good at Niji EN.

The problem is, Riku doesn't care if his yacht sinks(EN), as long as his cruise ship(JP) is still thriving then everything's okay.

Matsuri said the same thing back then, but those were different times, they had some form of influence internally, now not even Yagoo dictates what the company is doing anymore.

Seriously what happened to Pomu that made her go from the flagship of nijiEN, to having that stupid fujo faggot become their face? Its a damn shame because early Pomu was surprisingly pretty good.

Maybe its me but when I read a lot of posts here discussing Pomu, it felt like she was running out of time at Nijisanji.

I think management pretty much abandoned the girls after the success of Luxiem and they were too stupid to realize how volatile CN fujos are as a fanbase. Niji only became the obnoxious collabfest after the dudes debuted and kept inserting themselves into streams of girls. Niji wanted to boost the guys as much as possible, at the expense of LazuSydia girls' reputation they built in early months.
