Thing is, you can have good coworkers but if your boss is fucking horrible and there is nothing you can do about it, the only way to get out of that might be to just go work somewhere else. As far as we can guess, in Selen's case it's more like her boss' boss that's causing the problems only you can't reach him, and even if you could, he doesn't even speak your language so nuance and deep conversation goes out the window.

Selen might have liked or at least, tolerated, nijiEN overall up until recently, given how things are lately it seems something changed. If you think about it, her being 15k in the hole from that MV is easily construed as a direct punishment @her. She put her own funds into that assuming that the view/ad revenue from it would probably make that back eventually (15k may have been her estimated break-even point for example and anything beyond that was a bonus)... but the fucking thing got rugpulled. She isn't going to get a cent back from it now and she seems certain of this in telling her fans to go reupload it everywhere - as in, "I'm not getting my money back from my MV anymore, but, I want you guys to at least see the thing and enjoy it for my sake." If she thought there was a chance she could negotiate to get it put back up she probably wouldn't have said that, so things seem to have gone south, or this hit her out of the blue but she isn't going to fight it and will take the L here. Whether that means she's throwing in the towel overall, we cannot say, but I mean if you got cheated out of 15k, even if that wasn't a mega-amount of money to you now, you do still remember that it -was- not long ago and would be pissed at the giant waste.
