Well let me put it like this when Delta describes her ideal boyfriend she literally describes her chat. However her chat is also full of people with more life experience then her and they give her advice and life lessons. I get why she does it, but as a fan who's happy to see the progress Delu has made, and would never think any less of her for opening her heart, it hurts a little bit every time when a stream is privated or cut. Every fan can't make it to every stream, so someone is going to miss out on the moment.

Even for the ones she does intend to keep, when she does twitcast streams she has been known to fall asleep without enabling the archive and then take over a week to reenable it, or to accidentally change the title of the twitcast to its password without actually enabling the archive (she's managed to do that multiple times now - the UI must be attrocious). ytarchive works for youtube videos, regardless of whether DVR is enabled, (or at least it used to - haven't tested latest version on github).
If latest version doesn't work for streams without DVR, there are a few alterations you can make to it that I guarantee will restore the functionality (by impersonating a TV), though there's no knowing how long they will last until youtube breaks it again.
