Like basically from what I gathered from it, she sounded exhausted, fumbled some words, and revealed that when her scheduling is too strict or she has too many things going on she gets stressed out and stops looking at her notifications and messages. But she also said that her manechan keeps her on rest periods after overloading her. Also she's been really busy with her dance lessons and the game shop program, which I think is why she was at the studio today for the collab.
I think she even called herself a 'Tired menhera', didn't really know how to translate that but I guess it works.

Also I hate how fucking dead we've become.

I'll be honest I'm feeling a bit less focused on Subaru lately but she's not my oshi so it's probably just me. It varies, some sites say 2200 hours, others say upwards to 4 or more years. It depends on how hard you study and how much effort you put into it. You should be focusing on how many hours though. >>6599127
Is really good to start off with but another tip is to try and speak it japanese as well. I personally still can't read much because I can't keep kanji in my head so I've been using two core decks.
Get an OCR and something like Yomichan for that, really useful with twitter because google translate can really mess up things like tweets and stream titles.

I second Yomichan, really useful. For writing, I'd also recommend learning how to type in Japanese, both on pc and mobile. After downloading the Google IME, typing on PC isn't so difficult, and the mobile JP keyboard will force you to remember the sounds of the hiragana even if it's hard at first. You can start with small stuff like responses to Holomembers' tweets saying tanosimi / たのしみ / 楽しみ.
