You need to understand that that is the case for all of the messages, but one-- she can't read multiple messages out loud at once, she has to pick one that seems interesting, there are a few ways to improve your chances of getting your message read, if she's in a situation where she has to focus(such as a fight in a game) she's more likely not to be looking at chat due to something already going on and being focused on the task at hand, your message's length also plays a role in getting read or not, she tries to read at least a few long messages(though they usually end up being about a regular leaving for work), the message's chances of being read also increase if a lot of people reply to it saying "have a good day at work" or whatever, bringing even more attention to the initial message, that way she can look at the message being replied to or understand the context and also tell them "have a good day at work", thus it being like she read the message without having actually read it(this is also why it looks like she reads so many of those leaving stream for work messages)
