I guess she joined their JP branch in hopes of getting more JP members in the future (so she could replicate her Hololive experience - a group of streamers who tightly interact with each other) but then branch only had 3 members after more than a year and 2 out of 3 members could easily interact with rest of corpo. She could either learn English to catch up with others (but learning a new language takes a lot of patience and effort) or just stream solo, but I guess she already streams solo on other vtuber account so what's the point then (I do know she did some collabs as Mikeneko, but IIRC those collabs were done with vtubers who are multilingual; well, and collab with male vtubers).
Honestly she didn't stream that much this year anyway (REmakes, unfinished Bloodborne, Apex galore, Only Up rocketjump exploit streams - am I missing something?) and just stopped streaming altogether once she joined another corpo on Mikeneko account, so it was between rare unscheduled streams or just leaving at this point.
My only issue here is that she collabs even less as Mikeneko (at least I haven't heard anything about her collabing with her co-workers), so this "not enough JP-only streamers to collab with" complaint as Nazuna kinda falls flat...

I don't believe this because Henya, a native JP speaker, wanted to collab with Nazuna and it never happened.
Nazuna didn't care about the other JP talents in the org, so whatever it is she wanted, it wasn't interaction with other JP members.
