Since I hate bumping with no substance, who could have predicted last year that not only that phase connect would be the top small corp, it would be in challenging range of the big boys except hololive en.
That and phase connect would be the best run and least yab corp with the happiest with the corp talents (even hololive en members have more issues with their management particularly kiara).

Phase even had the most classy and professional termination. For being fired, not yuri has most positive things to say with only minor grips.

Even their main rival, idol en, looks like its having atleast a minor imposition right now.

I certainly would have never thought that last year, this has been a crazy year and a crazy last week if this year especially.

I agree with Seina, the groomer mod was pretty much a scumbag when he decided to make their drama public. Girl was obviously menhera and needed help, not a crucifixion by retarded vtweeters. If the artists agreed to let you use it, then just whip up a contract that licenses commercial use and ask then to sign it. It's really that simple. It's not like you're selling the model itself, you only want the rights to sell its likeness (depending on how involved they were in the overall concept) and monetize your social media where you will use said model.

Most artists who make chuubas are familiar with the DOs and DON'Ts, and understand when you give away a model, you're giving permission for its commercial use... by an individual. The only way they would ever profit off a cease and desist is with a large corpo or streamer.
