Everything seems fine until it suddenly isn't. The company has a vested interest in putting up a facade of seeming stable and optimistic about growth and the future because it's publicly traded and if they projected out the gloom and negativity that the fans and community actually-hold towards it their stocks wouldn't perform well and they'd take the blame for not doing damage control 24/7. So they do that. Selen could be straight up suspended and getting screamed at behind the scenes for all we know and all the livers will come out and say she's nice and happy and "everything's totally fine guys" as long as she hasn't announced she's quitting.
