I wish I could...
I guess the mood's bound to be a little gloomy for a while, but for now we'll just have to do the only thing that can and support her. I hope everything ends up getting sorted out or at least properly explained, a lot of time, money, effort, and love went into that cover and the world deserves to see it. It'd be nice if we could cheer her up somehow, but for tonight, I guess the best we can do is send well wishes while we wait a little and see what happens.

I don't really post in this thread but I do watch a fair bit of Selen, just wanted to say sorry you and your oshi gotta go through all this. not to beat a dead horse here, but one thing that pissed me off about this announcement is that it's management's decision, but they forced Selen to be the one to go out and make it instead of having the Niji twitter account make it or one of the manager's themselves make it. It just seems like such an adversarial relationship between the management and the talent to have Selen go out and say "the song we worked and spent money on got taken down because management" instead of having the staff show they've got a stake in the project by announcing it themselves. Does not seem like a good culture at Nijisanji

And likely is easily editable, but the thing you have to remember is that most likely any sort of editing has to be approved again after it's been done once already. And basically in order to get a cover approved you have to send the cover out to your first manager, your manager has to then look at it, then after that they send it to their manager in Japan who then look at it and they cross check all the copyrights and all that bullshit, and then that takes months. Because Japan's managers are extremely slow at doing anything that doesn't involve Japan .
So by the time that she gets permission to do it again, It could be many months it could be a year.

Then people kept saying spoilers and arguing about characters in the superchats so she stopped reading them entirely, so then people stopped paying for superchats and then after the big story stuff had been done, a lot of her original audience left.
Then she tried to jump from gacha to gacha but nothing really seemed to satisfy and each one got worse numbers than the last.
Then came the "trap" yab where she was tired of people calling every character she pulled for a "trap" and said that it honestly might be offensive to some and that people should educate themselves and not use it.

Anime fans are some of the most thin skinned people on the planet and she got a ton of hate for it, to the point where the next collab she had the guy spent the entire time trying to make her laugh because she was almost breaking down over the mean comments and superchats.

Eventually she gave up constantly doing gacha shit and left it alone aside from the occasional stream and while she's a bit sad that she's not as popular, she's come to terms with it.
