By pure streamer i mean someone really dedicated at putting hours streaming and pushing new games and stream concepts.
Minimum singing, dancing, meetings, recordings and other idol bullshit. This is the only way Hololive can avoid falling into staleness and start decling. Also you will be grateful to have someone not doing eternal gachas/APEX/minecraft/FOTM games.
This extends to all Hololive too but i want to make the case for HoloEN. First, there's not that much people left in the idol fan pool, if you want to attract streamer audience you need consistent streamer content. Second there's a huge gap right in EN both in schedules and niches:
- Ina is part time artist so she can't outpout more than the minimum and half of it is drawing which is fine but it only attracts people who had that interest in the first place.
- Calli is so focused in her weeb rapper career she barely show up
- Gura could be this kind of person but she is absent often for days and when she's lazy she does low energy popular game streams. Also predictably she's going to focus more in her music career soon.
- Kiara is the only one consistenly in the huge gap between japan midnight and usa prime time. But she debuffs herself playing long RPGs which are an audience killer. Also she really wants to be an idol and is working on it.
- The only one that fits the role i'm looking for is Ame and she could be an amazing streamer unrestrained but she doesn't want to be in the spotlight (debuffs herself by not promoting her special streams, turns off superchats often for no reason) and her poor life habits leave her cancelling and rescheduling streams way too often.
In any case, just one streamer out of 40 (with Coco and Haachama out) isn't enough when most hololivers don't get to 20 hours per week playing derivative games and superchat reading (many in the same time slot). Also there's no one in the US early afternoon hours. This is what Hololive needs.

Ina is Ina, she's the valium of hololive, for some people that's perfect. she's also rather cute so thats a plus too.

Calli is chasing her dream in whatever form that may take. I wish more people would respect the hustle and not try to pigeon hole her into their ideal of what she should be. not many people have the guts or will to chase their dream to the extent that they are willing to go down THIS rabbit hole to do it.

Gura takes first day off in 8 days; for family reasons, and this rrat shows up again

Kiara is chasing her dream in any way it will come. again, while she is my least favorite of the 5, she deserves respect for the hustle. I personally think she needs to learn to enjoy what she has, but that's because I'd be happy with what she has if I was in her shoes. She's probably got bigger asperations, it's why she has a million subs and made more money in the last 9 months then i have in the last 4 years combined.

Ame may have ambitions to do a lot of other things. But her mind wanders to various hobbies and interests. She doesn't have the personality to comit to those things for a career, which from the sound of it is why she ended up streaming in the first place. I feel like she'll be at this for a long time, Hololive or not.

Why HoloEN? Amelia alone already more than enough to fill the quota for the whole holo as far as pushing new games & stream concepts are concerned. She streams 460+ hours this year, & her schedules are varied as fuck. Then there are also Nene, Miko & Korone.
