What's the fucking deal with vtubers going on hiatus with little to no communication for months on end?
Gura does, Ame does it, and if you look at JP, Aqua's done it, Laplas has done it. Even in other companies, Kenmochi in Niji streams like once every six months, Lize streams once a year, Petra has more hiatuses than streams, Mito streams twice a year at best.
I get it if someone like Marine has to take time off because of her dying voice but fucking hell you're playing video games for a living. Literally the easiest shit. Why the fuck do they act like it's demanding physical labor?

Cover knows it's getting extremely suspicious how often HoloEN talents disappear for months with no communication. They let Ame write that curious membership post where she told fans things would be tough for the next few months. A manager doesn't tell employees that changes are slow but that "leadership does care" unless there is major contract stuff going on which explains the simultaneous burnout in the EN branch.
