No, if they were optimistic after that meeting earlier in the week than HoloEN contract issues are slowly getting worked out. Cover is a Japanese corpo so it will take a while but Kiara is looking forward to 2024. They must have reached some type of deal though it may not be until next year before some of those changes become public knowledge.

It's not that the Homos are a bad thing, it's just that for some reason Ame doesn't recognize that there's a subset of people, some of who watch her, that don't really want to watch the boys. The problem is, that subset is larger than the subset of people who only want to watch her and nothing else, and there's definitely more people open to watching other Holo girls than they are the boys, which is why you'll get less resistance if you talk ir recommend watching one of the girls.
