She complained that her Gen wasn't getting 3D lives for the longest time, and then myth girls even proposed to have a shared 3D live instead of 5 individual ones ( I seem to recall this idea even came from one of their managers as a compromise) only to have that denied also.

For Kiara specifically, it was mostly about being promised the live on summer, only to have to reschedule it and screw the album promotion that she had been working on for a year.

Not true, even if you don't count the promise one since it was kinda a special occasion, 3rd gen technically got 2. One with the band live and the other being the a game show live similar to what HoloX got.
Gen lives require the members to be close enough to be willing to work together so they're not that common.
But that's really secondary, since what Kiara asked for at the beginning was for individual anniversary lives, which every one in JP gets. The fact that Myth doesn't get that but their kohais in HoloX get not only that but a gen live on top of that is just not right.
