I'm pretty sure Hime has actually streamed less than Gura this year. There's a running joke where Vshojo vtubers and their chats will say, "WHO?" whenever she's mentioned. And whenever she does stream it's treated as a big event where she'll get a bunch of raids.

They do that for everyone. I follow VShojo on Twix and when she does stream, they promote her, as they should. They also promote Ironmouse, who streams, like, sixteen thousand times a week.

Sure, they promote their own streams - again, as they should. But VShojo also promotes streams. Admittedly I didn't check to see if Haruka hyped up Hime the last time she streamed, but I kind of doubt it.
