Musicautist here, keeping it real with you those streams would be major debuffs. I've had the same idea, but I shy away from it because really nobody cares to watch us plink away on a midi keyboard or tweak knobs for hours on end. The only potential audience we'd have is other musicians trying to learn a thing or dos, but there aren't too many of them crawling Twitch and we don't have the reputations of someone like Deadmau5 to where people would be eager to watch hours of us discussing knowledge they could easily find crammed into a 15 minute YouTube tut.
I mean, go for it if you think you'd enjoy streaming it, but don't expect numbers.
