She wouldn't fit in with holo, in phase her being drunk and streaming for 12 hours would just be par for the course. She would keep the rights to Miori Celesta and debut with Mirror Celery as her new character and her fanbase and the xtsun and the holo and the phase cucks would all come over.

I would argue if she joined holo it would make more sense but there's a world of difference between calling your girls Saya and Rie and Dizzy and Ember and having them get you a job immediately as a Phase Invader with them giving you a model like Jelly which looks like your specific cute girlfriend but slightly different, vs. joining holo and auditioning and maybe Bae gives her a strong recommendation but how much power does bae have plus IRyS seems to have a weird thing with vtubers like Shiori that get along with Bae.

You would like to think that but just for the same reason Hololive's average CCV is about 8000 compared to about 800 for Phase, so too is hololive more exclusive and harder to get into. Miori would probably be a strong (?) candidate, as we saw members of Hololive and Stars like Sana and that dinosaur guy got in with recommendations from existing holomems but that doesn't change the fact it's not a guaranteed thing. Miori as a kouhai in hololive vs. having fishman suck her dick. Hololive requiring her to tune down her normally unhinged drunken rambling about how her university is being mean for not letting her graduate in the next year so she'll be a 24yo hag when she finally gets her diploma in 2-3 years, vs. fishman just letting her do whatever she wants which is pretty much what she already does. I think she probably did, and even acknowledged some, but those moments are generally rare and not the main focus of her content. She mostly hangs around girls on stream and does tons of GFE content, and is also pretty reliant on chat emotionally.
And compared to NijiEN's current environment, it's nowhere near similar.
