That's not true at all. Back in 2020 and 2021 Holo couldn't go a single stream without hitting 10k+. EN were doing so good that gen v of JP were kinda upset about it.
The only person who didn't regularly hit 10k was Kiara and even she was doing 8-9k streams.
The fact that someone who has 2x the subs, 2x the name to her and is seen as a giant in status to most en chuubas and fans, is now just barely above nijis is interesting

Charts indicate that NijiEn is doing better than it was pre luxiem and stats from individual girls have been rising quite a bit. Pomu in particular has over doubled her viewership since pre luxiem. In general Niji has been very very slowly rising.
Meanwhile on the other side, advent was a massive peak for Holo but that peak didn't last at all and people like Shiori have had quite a few streams that are 4k and below before raids despite literally just releasing this year.

Mori was a 10k+ streamer just two years ago and is now just barely above nijis. The average viewership for Holo as of November was 5.8k
A company with twice the reputation, twice the subs, little overlap and a ton of advertising and that had the benefit of being one of the first large vtuber organizations in the west, should not even be close to someone who used to be one of the top dogs of the west.

I mean I compare pomu because she's on the list but if you wanna talk about luxiem they've been doing less than stellar but Ike seems to be slowly getting some better viewership. He'll likely lose it when he goes on his 15th unannounced vacation though. But the girls themselves without luxiems audience boost have been doing very well. Selen these days reaches 2.5k pretty consistently which is double her 2021 viewership. Elira's been hitting 3k pretty often which is 3x her 2021 viewership or roughly so.
If you want to talk promise though , Kronii and bae have had a fair amount of streams that aren't in the 5k range without raids this month alone with bae having 4 different streams that didn't even break 4k this month. Kronii has had 3/7 of her streams below 5 k with 2 of them being below 4k and one being below 3k.
The distance is getting shorter and shorter.

Actually speaking Shiori is closer to a Niji than Mori is. I just used Mori because I thought she was a 10k streamer back in the day. Shiori three times this month has been at 3k-3.5k before raids. Less than a year after debut.

If you actually look at some of those videos you'll see that Shiori gets raided semi frequently. That first burnhouse lane video was actually at 3k for the majority of it and only broke 4k when she got raided.

Hat in time is funky because either she got raided at the start and everyone left until it was raided again or she got botted.
