The main problem is lack of sleep affects your immunity, so likely that in that she is getting more exercise and makes her own food, so its likely disabled immunity because of the sleep deprivation. Now, being sick does have a tendency to have you come out the other side rested because it forces you to recover by the basically going into emergency mode so that you're more prone to sleep. I've her stuff like Airborne is good to have yo bolster yourself. Good for cold seasons and I'm doubtful she went to go get her flu shot.
