I don't think vdere is capable enough of "poaching" any previous corpo vtubers. To poach, you'll need to be able to offer something good in return and only real corpos with actual big budgets can afford to do so. I think it is said many times that vdere's image leans more towards being a circle of friends/buddies trying to look more professional as a group. They aren't an actual corpo.
