Kiara is the only EN with handshake event experience which is probably why she's doing it. I went to an idol handshake in Tokyo and it's really fun depending on who you see. Akb48 have huge lines of people who go to handshake with their idols with some having big reputations at giving good experiences at events. Matsuri I think has good handshake experience too.
