well, I did a reverse search on Yandex and scanned Ina's twitter and nothing (unless i missed something), apparently the full image does not exist on the internet, also if you notice the eyes you can see that its a WIP, its most likely that Senchou will release the full image finished in the future as part of some merchandise or part of a celebration or perhaps in an art book like with her fanbook that had a drawing made by Ina on the back.
